GIRL FROM IPANEMA

This photo was made last year in Rio de Janeiro at the surfers beach of Ipanema. I love everything about this photo. The location, the atmosphere and the movement of people and the sea. I travelled from São Paulo to Rio, with intermediate stops at Ilha Grande and Paraty. It was an amazing trip! In February, I visited Brazil for the second time. I stayed at a friends home in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. Another great experience! Made a lot of friends and lived there like a Brazilian girl for a few weeks. I'm learning Portguese as well. Although I'm more like a mathematic person, I love to learn another language. And Portuguese is such a beautiful language!
